 PM Design complete soil classification investigation & reports to inform residential foundation designs in accordance with AS2870.

We also complete Land Capability Assessments (LCA’s) in Victoria and Wastewater Management Reports (WMR’s) in South Australia to inform suitable on-site wastewater management systems for proposed residential developments not serviced with authority sewer connections.

These services are offered out of our Warrnambool office servicing the Great South Coast as far as Mt Gambier.
